We currently ship across Canada. Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. Once shipped, Golden Hour Matcha is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used matcha powder. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at goldenhourmatcha@gmail.com with your order number and details. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
